About the Role: Park Lane Surgery has a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis, for hours per week over 5 days. In this essential front-line role at the practice, receptionists help patients access the right services, assist with keeping health records accurate and up-to-date, and ensure that appointment bookings are well-managed. We are a friendly, supportive, well-organised and enthusiastic GMS Practice dedicated to providing traditional family-oriented general practice based in Broxbourne. We currently have over 10,000 patients, 3 partners, 4 salaried GPs, a great nursing support team, and a vast array of administrative staff. We are consistently high achieving in all QOF and Enhanced Services areas with an innovative team structure with individual patient lists. We operate the SystmOne computer system.
