Newport Pagnell Medical Centre is looking to recruit patient navigators to further expand our team. We are looking for staff on a part-time basis for 21 hours per week, over 4 days, between Monday & Friday. You will also be required to cover Saturday morning shifts on a rota basis. We offer a comprehensive training programme to all our patient navigators, where you will initially receive 1-1 training, followed by ongoing support from your trainer and team leaders. Reporting to the operations manager, you will be providing a high standard of face-to-face and telephone care for patients, staff, and visitors, whilst always maintaining patient confidentiality.
Some flexibility is required, as you will sometimes need to work additional or alternative hours to cover for colleagues.

Our practice is rated as "outstanding" by the CQC and we have a patient list size of 21,500+, with excellent premises in the town of Newport Pagnell and good transport links to Milton Keynes and the M1 motorway.
