Lift Tamworth is seeking a friendly Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join our school team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, students and families, providing a warm welcome and reliable administrative support to the wider school office.
You will manage reception, handle calls and emails, maintain records, assist admissions and support school events, lunchtimes and safeguarding compliance.

As one of the first people our students, families and visitors meet, you will be at the heart of our school community, providing a warm welcome alongside efficient and reliable administrative support.
As Receptionist & Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, carers and students. Alongside managing our busy reception, you will provide administrative support across the school, including responding to enquiries, maintaining records, supporting admissions and assisting the wider administrative and leadership teams.
You will also undertake first aid training and provide first aid support when required.
You will:
Experience within an education or reception environment, knowledge of Google Workspace, first aid training and an awareness of safeguarding and child protection would be advantageous.
