Waythrough is seeking a motivated Receptionist Administrator for the Likewise Sheffield site at Portland House. You will be the first friendly face for visitors, book appointments, and support the admin team to ensure smooth service delivery.
The role combines front-of-house duties with general administrative tasks in a busy social support environment, requiring organisation, communication skills and teamwork. The post is full-time, with varied duties across the service.

About the Service: Likewise Sheffield supports people affected by drug and alcohol use, providing access to treatment and support to help people make positive changes in their lives. Based at Portland House, you'll be part of a busy service where the reception and administration team plays a vital role in supporting both the people accessing our services and the colleagues working with them.
About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist Administrator to provide reception and general administrative support to our teams at Portland House. As part of our front-of-house team, you'll often be the first person someone meets when accessing the service. You'll provide a warm, calm and welcoming environment while ensuring people are directed to the right appointment, professional or source of support. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring you to balance reception responsibilities with day‑to‑day administrative tasks. You'll work closely with colleagues across the service and professionals from other organisations, including Probation. If you're adaptable, organised and comfortable working as part of a busy team, this is an opportunity to use your skills in a role that directly supports the delivery of an important community service.
