Role Overview:
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our In-house Bank team.
This role will cover holiday and sickness absence across each of our four locations in Leeds. Therefore a full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential.
The role is based on full time hours - 9.00am - 5.30pm, with occasional weekend working when required, to cover holiday or sickness absence.
The most important skill set for this position is someone who is confident, articulate and able to multi-task, as the role will vary every day. You could be answering calls, greeting Visitors, Doctors, Healthcare Professionals, assisting with enquiries, signing for deliveries, welcoming new residents or family members. - this is not an exhaustive list.
You will provide administration support to the Team whilst building excellent relationships with colleagues and Management.
You will offer a friendly, patient, professional front‑of‑house service for customers and visitors to Westward Care Ltd, at all times.
MAIN DUTIES:
Facilitate the front‑of‑house operation and deliver a consistent experience for all customers and visitors to Westward Care Ltd at all times.
Ensure that visitors are greeted and made to feel welcome on arrival.
Ensure that face‑to‑face and telephone enquiries are dealt with in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
Assist with general administration duties, to include photocopying, scanning documents, logging invoices and other administration tasks as required.
Ensure that all customers and employees are treated with equality, dignity, and respect, and every individual feels they can challenge discrimination and harassment in employment practice and service provision.
Quality Management
Demonstrate a sense of pride for the job and the organisation.
Assist in maintaining good relationships with suppliers and providing information and assistance as required.
Ensure compliance with the relevant organisational, legal, and financial procedures and policies to protect customers and employees and minimise risk and financial loss.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and to the required standard within agreed timeframes.
Maintain a professional appearance.

Work effectively with other team members to deliver a professional front‑of‑house service to the customers and ensure the smooth operation of Westward Care.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This role will require occasional weekend, and Bank Holidays working as necessary.
The service operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.
