As the first person visitors meet, you will be an ambassador for Bloor Homes, representing the brand to customers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Finding the right candidate who shares our values and professionalism is essential.

You Will Also Be
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, and communicating messages efficiently.
  • Maintaining general company and regional information for knowledgeable responses.
  • Managing meeting room bookings.
  • Performing general office administration duties.
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post.

What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Previous experience working in an office environment.
  • GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
