Sherburn High School is seeking a capable Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our busy school office. The role includes reception service, MIS usage, word processing and spreadsheet work, plus general clerical duties.
This is a permanent term-time contract at 30 hours per week, starting October 2026. DBS checks and references will be obtained prior to appointment, and interviews will be held after the closing date.

We are looking for a capable and efficient administrator to join our busy but friendly school office.
The role also includes using the schools MIS system, word processing and spreadsheet work, as well as general office/school administration and clerical duties including reception service, telephone enquiries, post duties, filing, scanning, emailing and photocopying.

Enhanced DBS clearances and references will be obtained prior to appointment. We conduct online searches on all shortlisted candidates.
