Beckfoot Allerton Primary School and Nursery is seeking a highly organised Admin/Receptionist to join our busy team in Bradford. You will welcome visitors, manage data and communications, and support colleagues to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence using digital systems. This part-time role offers permanent employment, 32.5 hours per week, term-time plus 5 days.

Beckfoot Allerton is seeking a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our busy and dedicated team as a Admin/Receptionist. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our school. Whether you're welcoming visitors, managing data and communication, organising key systems, or supporting colleagues across school. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence. We are looking for someone who:

This is a part-time, permanent position which is 32.5 hours per week, it is also term time only 5 plus days. The working hours are Monday to Friday - 08.30am to 03.30pm.
