Position: Receptionist & Admin Assistant

Type of Contract: Permanent

FTE Salary: Grade B3, SCP 7-11 (£25,584 - £27,269)

Actual Salary: £22,570 - £24,056

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, TTO plus 10 days (40 weeks)

Bishop Young C of E Academy is seeking to appoint a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our admin team.

Bishop Young CofE Academy, located in Seacroft, Leeds, is a vibrant school recently judged as Good by Ofsted. We are a safe and welcoming community where all students are valued and supported to flourish.

  1. Provide a professional and courteous reception and administrative service.
  2. Display excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  3. Bring strong administrative skills.

  5. Be well-organized and able to work under tight deadlines.
