Receptionist/ Assistant Office Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our office is efficient, welcoming, compliant, and running like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include:

Office Operations & Compliance

  • Assist in managing the daily running of the Certas HQ
  • Help ensure all facilities and shared spaces meet the highest standards
  • Support risk assessments and ensure legal compliance with HSE teams

Front of House Leadership

  • Be the face of Certas Energy — welcoming guests and managing reception
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Oversee hot desking and access control procedures

Organisation & Coordination

  • Manage meeting room bookings and conference tech
  • Support internal events and engagement initiatives
  • Help coordinate First Aid and Fire Marshal training

Team Support & Engagement

  • Liaise with internal teams to support smooth office operations
  • Escalate and resolve day-to-day issues
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and administrative queries
