Job summary

Leigh Academy Hugh Christie, part of Leigh Academies Trust, invites applications for a Receptionist/Administrator to support a busy school community.

You will be the welcoming first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, managing enquiries, capturing messages and providing efficient administration to keep the school running smoothly.

We value a calm, organised, and customer-focused approach, with opportunities for progression within the MAT and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in receptionist/administration roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Calm under pressure and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for students, staff and visitors.
  • Provide admin support and handle enquiries in person, on phone, and by email.
