Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Spa Receptionist to manage spa bookings and guest arrivals. You will identify opportunities to recommend treatments and assist guests with retail products, while maintaining a high-energy, sales-focused approach.

Experience in a busy spa or hotel reception is helpful, with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Shifts include early, late, and weekend hours within a supportive team.

Salary

The base annual rate for this role is £26,436.80 per annum, plus service charge.

About the role

Set within the busy Spa, as a Spa Receptionist, you will deal with all spa bookings and arriving/departing guests. Your role will include:

• Identifying opportunities to recommend treatments
• Recording accurate details and requirements of bookings
• Answering telephone queries
• Providing guidance and assistance with retail products

The shifts for this role will be a mixture of early shifts, late shifts and weekend working.

About you

The ideal candidate will have had experience working within a busy spa environment or hotel reception, but not essential.

You will also be:

• A high-energy, sales-focused individual
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Approachable and friendly
