University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a Receptionist for the Emergency Department at the County Hospital site in Stafford. You will bring customer-facing experience, admin skills, and be able to work as part of a busy team to deliver efficient patient reception and administrative processes.
Familiarity with NHS reception duties and Microsoft Office is desirable. The role involves prioritising workload and contributing to a high standard of patient care within a modern Trust
At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals with excellent customer facing experience and interpersonal skills to work as a Receptionist within Emergency Department at County hospital sites.
Candidates should possess a professional attitude to their work and have the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment.
You ideally will have the experience of a customer focused role and be familiar with reception/administrative processes and practices. Experience of working within the NHS is desirable.
You will be required to work as part of a team as well as being able to use your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
