Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a healthcare reception team member to support the practice’s day-to-day operations. You will answer phones, assist patients with queries, and help organise appointments with healthcare professionals.

The role includes preparing clinical rooms, assisting with patient registrations, and managing medical records (including scanning letters). Experience in a medical reception setup is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answering the telephone and dealing with patient queries.
• Booking and arriving patients in for appointments with healthcare professionals.
• Unlocking and preparing clinical rooms and ensuring they are stocked.
• Support the day to day running of the practice in general.
• Deal with people wishing to register with the practice.
• Scan hospital/clinic letters for patients and attach to medical records to ensure records are kept up to date.
• Deal with medication requests and prescriptions.
