RECEPTION AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION ASSISTANT:

A well-established organisation in the travel industry is seeking a Reception and Customer Information Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. With over 70 years of trusted service in the UK, this role offers the opportunity to support customers and visitors while delivering high-quality administrative support.

RECEPTION AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Managing reception duties including greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, forwarding messages and keeping the area tidy
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, kitchen stock and ensuring shared areas are clean and well-stocked throughout the day
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, ordering and setting up catering, and supporting office and social events
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, booking couriers and processing postal cases accurately
  • Monitoring the Customer Information inbox, drafting correspondence and handling sensitive information in line with GDPR
  • Supporting with health and safety checks, facilities inductions and managing the office in the absence of the Office Manager
  • Assisting the Events team and undertaking ad hoc tasks as requested by the Office Manager or Director of Operations

RECEPTION AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

  • Minimum 12 months of administrative or customer service experience
  • Must be immediately available
