About the Role

RLA Digital is seeking a friendly, organised, and adaptable Virtual Receptionist to join our digital marketing team. You’ll be assigned to a group of clients and play a key role in managing their customer enquiries, appointment scheduling, and CRM updates—ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage CRM accounts for your assigned client group
  • Handle enquiries via phone, text, direct messages, and email
  • Schedule and manage appointments for multiple clients
  • Track and report on your work’s impact and revenue generation
  • Contribute to the overall customer experience and gather feedback

Requirements
