Job summary

The Dental House in Liverpool is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our welcoming front-of-house team, being the first contact for patients and handling calls, bookings and admin with warmth and efficiency.

Full-time hours (40.75 per week) at £12.71 per hour. Benefits include a bonus scheme, wellbeing support, extra leave, enhanced family leave, life assurance and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally in healthcare)
• Positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills and passion for delivering excellent service and building relationships with colleagues and patients

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
• Answer phones, take messages and coordinate bookings
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and assist with admin tasks

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
