Job summary

Bourne End Dental Practice in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, is hiring a Receptionist for a full-time role (40 hours over 5 days). The position offers a competitive hourly rate from £12.71 to £14.50, dependent on experience, with shifts 7.45am–5pm Monday to Thursday and 7.45am–4pm Friday, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

We provide comprehensive dental services under one roof, in a convenient high street location with free parking, and a close-knit team dedicated to delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the reception area with a welcoming manner
• Coordinate appointment bookings and patient flow to support the dental team
• Answer calls, handle enquiries, and help with general administrative tasks as needed
