PortmanDentex, a leading dental group, is recruiting at Admiral House Dental Practice in Berkhamstead for a friendly receptionist. The role is part-time (25.5 hours across Mon/Thu/Fri) with shifts typically 8:30–17:30 and an hourly rate of £13.

You will welcome patients, manage bookings, and support the front desk in a busy dental environment. We value a positive attitude, empathetic approach and clear communication to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)

• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised

• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
