Front of House – Therapy & Wellbeing Rooms (Part-Time Job Share, Evenings Required)

Location: Harrogate, UK

We are looking for a warm, proactive, and organised individual to join our front-of-house team at our Harlow Therapy and Wellbeing Rooms. This is a part-time job share position, working closely with another team member to keep the centre running smoothly day-to-day. Some evening availability (until 8 p.m.) is essential.

Your role will include:

• Welcoming therapists and clients to the centre and ensuring a calm, professional environment
• Managing front-of-house tasks including answering the door, phone calls, emails and website enquiries
• Creating and scheduling marketing content on Instagram and other platforms
• Preparing refreshments for clients and therapists as needed
• Keeping communal areas and the kitchen tidy and well-presented
• Liaising with building maintenance and management to handle repairs or facilities issues
• Assisting with small administrative duties for the building or centre as needed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, calm, and confident when communicating with a wide range of people
• Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Is happy to work independently but also as part of a small, supportive team
• Is comfortable using social media and basic digital tools
• Has a genuine interest in wellbeing, therapy or creating a welcoming atmosphere

Hours

• Part-time, job share (exact hours to be discussed)
• Includes evening shifts up to 8pm
• £12.50 per hour
