DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross is seeking a friendly and proactive Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will warmly greet guests, manage check-in/out processes and answer queries with professionalism in a fast-paced hotel environment.

We value a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service, teamwork, and basic IT skills to handle reservations, billing systems, and guest requests.

Responsibilities

• As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out.
• Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge.
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Ensuring a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations.
