We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Business Support Assistant (Receptionist) to serve as the face and voice of our school. As the first point of contact for staff, parents, visitors, and students, you will play a vital role in upholding our welcoming, professional, and safe environment.
Frontline Welcome & Security: Provide a warm, efficient greeting for visitors, manage identity badging, oversee supply staff sign-ins, and maintain reception security and the Inventry system.
Communication & Switchboard: Promptly handle incoming telephone calls, manage switchboard emails, monitor voicemail messages, and coordinate school-wide text and email communications.
Student & Admin Support: Manage Free School Meals processing, student files, mail distribution, and administrative tasks.
School Sales: Handle the sale and record-keeping of school uniforms and recreational equipment.
First Aid & Welfare: Provide first aid care to unwell students (training provided if required) and contact parents or carers when necessary.
