Job summary

Bupa Manor Court Care Home in Southall is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role includes managing enquiries, showing prospective residents around the home, and supporting the Home Manager with clerical tasks.

The successful candidate will have prior receptionist experience, be friendly and well-organised, and capable of building strong relationships with residents, families and internal teams.

  • Maintain paperwork and complete daily and weekly tasks in a timely manner.
