Balfour Beatty plc on the Lower Thames Crossing project is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join the facilities team. You will cover front-of-house, provide admin support and ensure visitors are welcomed and supported in a busy project environment.
Ideal candidates will be confident with MS Office, highly organised and able to balance competing priorities while delivering a professional first impression to colleagues, partners and visitors.
Our Balfour Beatty Highways business has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our £1.2 billion Lower Thames Crossing project.
The Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) is one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects. LTC is a new road that will connect Kent and Essex through a tunnel beneath the River Thames and will be the greenest road ever built in the UK - creating six times more green space than road. The reliable new route will almost double road capacity over the river east of London to reduce congestion and give millions of people more choice on where they live, work and spend their valuable time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering a professional first impression. You will support the Facilities Manager while helping colleagues, visitors, supply chain partners and delivery partners feel welcomed, informed and supported.
Day in, day out, our teams deliver some of the UK’s most ambitious, exciting and meaningful projects; developing, building and maintaining the vital infrastructure that supports national economies and strengthens communities.
As if contributing to and supporting work that makes life better for millions wasn’t rewarding enough, we offer a full range of benefits too. You’ll have the freedom to shape the package that’s right for you and your life. Here are some of our key benefits:
