Are you a friendly, organised, and approachable individual with a passion for helping others? Clinical Radiology is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Ninewells Hospital. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, updating records, and supporting clinical teams using IT systems. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and colleagues, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Additionally, you will assist with stock control and ordering supplies—training will be provided if needed.
We are looking for someone with strong IT and administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work as part of a team is essential, and previous experience in stock handling would be advantageous, though not essential.
Hours of work are: 36 hours per week covering shifts Monday – Sunday between 8am – 8pm on a rotational basis.
