Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Receptionist at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa to welcome guests, manage check-ins, and deliver personalised service in a luxury setting.

You will be part of a warm team, working five days out of seven (35 hours) with a competitive £13.50 per hour rate plus service charge and a range of benefits, including 28 days holiday and ongoing training opportunities. Join us to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience as a Receptionist or in a similar luxury hotel role.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate hotel reservation systems and MS Office.
• Experience with Opera is highly desirable.

• Greet guests and deliver personalised service to create memorable stays.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and front desk operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to maintain consistency and high standards.

What will the role involve?

As a receptionist you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable moments, spark joy, and make every guest feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive.

In this role, you’re not just welcoming guests, you are crafting personalised experiences that make them feel at home, relaxed, and truly valued.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with our passionate Front Office team, you will be in the centre of the action being connected, informed, and empowered to deliver a consistent and excelling standout service.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 35 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

• Pprevious experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.
