This casual contract requires varying shifts, including weekends, with uniform and meals on shift provided. You’ll help maintain guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards, ensuring a luxurious, welcoming experience for all guests while supporting a small, friendly team in a premium

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and Pride in delivering high standards.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculately presented and cleaned to high standards.
• Replenish towels and toiletries and arrange in-room refreshments.

What will the role involve?

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will help create an exceptional first impression by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are immaculately presented and cleaned to the highest standards. With meticulous attention to detail, you’ll replenish premium towels and toiletries, and neatly arrange in‑room refreshments, including a curated selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to an unforgettable, magical experience. A true team player, you’ll confidently self‑inspect rooms and support colleagues to uphold our reputation for luxury and comfort.

This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts, including weekends, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
