We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team at Audi in Crewe. Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be working as part of a large team responsible for the service and after sales care of our customers.

As Receptionist youll be the first point of contact for customers both in the dealership and over the phone so it is important that you are a warm and confident individual who thrives in a customer focused environment. Part of your role will also include administration for both sales and service departments so the ability to be organised and adaptable with great attention to detail is a must.

Founded in 2003 by Michael Smyth and his three sons, David, Peter and John, Swansway has grown from five motor dealerships in Cheshire and the West Midlands to the 20 dealerships we have today.
