BaxterStorey is looking for a Receptionist to join their team at the UK head office near Barbican. You will deliver a warm welcome to staff and visitors, support with meeting room bookings, and arrange hospitality for events and meetings.
The role requires strong communication, the ability to coordinate with facilities, AV, IT, and catering, and a proactive approach to ensure a seamless experience for everyone using the space.

As a Receptionist, you will create an exceptional welcome for both members of staff and the visitors entering the Client suite. You will also assist with meeting room management, including the booking of meeting rooms, meeting room and hospitality set up, and escorting guests and clients to the relevant rooms. You will be the go-to person in the office, covering a wide range of tasks for the client. To exceed expectations, the Receptionist will need to work closely with all other service providers, ensuring a seamless experience is provided to all staff using the space.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, as well as being comfortable with using different visitor management systems, and the ability to prioritise work due to constantly changing circumstances.

BaxterStorey have an exciting opportunity working alongside one of our most prestigious clients, based at their UK head office near Barbican.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours, across four shifts between 7.00am and 20:00pm, Monday to Friday. Closest tube station: Barbican or St Pauls Salary: £32,000 per annum for the first three months, subject to successful completion of probation period, £35,000 per annum there after.
