Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to cover Front of House and Reception duties at our client office. This role involves welcoming guests, managing bookings, and ensuring meeting rooms and public areas meet high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Corporate or 5* Hotel Reception environment.
  • Independent and self-managing worker.
  • Strong customer service skills and networking ability.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent written/spoken English.
  • Ability to use initiative and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong team player with multi-tasking and prioritising skills.
  • Flexible approach to departmental requirements.
  • Good educational background and command of written/spoken English.
  • Good sense of humour and approachable personality.

Responsibilities

  • Cover Front of House and Reception services with our Client’s office.
  • Welcome Meet and greet for all visitors and clients.
  • Assist with internal/External bookings as required with full meeting room accountability.
  • Ensure meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities and public areas are set and maintained to the expected standards.
  • Ownership and ability to facilitate room set ups – including moving flexible furniture.
  • Be aware of room status in client rooms at all times & support internal rooms appropriately, ensuring the room is ready prior to the next booking.
  • Provide/report information on the available facilities, arranging viewings and accompanying clients on tours as required.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of business activity & communicate updates with relevant stakeholders.

  • Cover Front of House and Reception services with our Client’s office.
