Job summary

InterContinental London Park Lane is seeking a Receptionist to join our luxury Mayfair hotel with an immediate start. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional experience during check-in and check-out.

Previous experience in a Forbes 5-Star environment and familiarity with Opera PMS are highly valued. We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities for development in a globally recognized hotel brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury, Forbes 5-Star Hotel.
• Experience handling guest complaints.
• Experience working in reception or front desk environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at arrival and departure in a professional manner.
• Serve as first point of contact for guests and colleagues, ensuring a warm, genuine experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and courtesy, coordinating with teams as required.
• Maintain the front desk area and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.

At InterContinental London Park Lane, we have fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Receptionist at our luxury hotel in Mayfair with an immediate start date

Being one of the first points of contact with our guests, our reception team members will welcome guests in a professional yet friendly manner providing a warm and genuine experience for the guest’s arrival and departure. The ideal candidate will be guest focused and have previous experience in a luxury, Forbes 5-Star Hotel and have experience handling complaints. Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage.
