Job summary

mydentist Corstorphine is hiring a Receptionist to join our St John's Rd practice in Edinburgh. You will work 34 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:30 with a one-hour lunch break, handling bookings and patient reception in a welcoming, efficient manner.

You’ll join a collaborative team at a busy practice, benefit from clear scheduling and ongoing development opportunities within the UK’s leading dental network. A supportive culture and local transport links are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front-of-house reception/clerical role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at reception.
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
• Manage diary appointments and scheduling for the practice.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks.

The working pattern will be :

Monday to Thursday 08.00am-17.30pm (one hour lunch).
