LGH Hotels Management in Chester is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, manage reservations and answer enquiries with a warm, professional approach.

As the first point of contact, you will provide information about the hotel and local area, operate the reservation system, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a memorable guest experience. A calm and detail-oriented attitude is essential.
