Job summary

Pittville Lawn Dental & Implant Clinic in Cheltenham is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our welcoming front desk team. This part-time role covers 24.75 hours across three days, with shift times 8:15am–5:30pm and an hourly rate from £12.71.

You will greet patients, manage bookings and provide outstanding service to help shape every patient’s experience in a busy dental practice. PortmanDental Care supports a collaborative team environment across the UK network.

• Front of house reception experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Positive attitude with empathy and strong organisation.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well‑organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
