Pittville Lawn Dental & Implant Clinic in Cheltenham is seeking a Receptionist to join our welcoming reception team. This is a chance to shape every patient’s experience beyond just answering the phone and booking appointments.

We offer a competitive hourly rate from £12.71p/h with typical shifts on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 8.15am to 5.30pm. Join a close-knit, established team delivering dental care to Cheltenham's best patients.

Qualifications

• Front of house reception experience preferred but not essential.
• Positive, empathetic and well-organised approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with colleagues and patients.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well‑organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
