• Previous experience in a reception or admin role.

You are the first face and first conversation visitors to Farmfield Hospital in Charlwood will experience. What you will be doing

In this exciting role at Farmfield Hospital a service for people with Mental Conditions, each day brings different challenges and experiences. Working along side the reception team your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, co-ordinating the office diary for meetings and events and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails and post.

Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff and visitors is a top priority. You’ll oversee visitor sign ins, conduct security checks and manage the distribution of keys and security badges.

As a Receptionist you will be:

Where you will be working:

Location: Farmfield Drive, Charlwood, Surrey, RH6 0BNYou will be working at Farmfield Hospital, located next to Gatwick.

You’ll be caring for adult men 18+ who potentially have a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and challenging behaviours.
