Job summary

InspireAll Leisure & Family Support Services in Bushey is seeking a part-time Receptionist to deliver friendly front-of-house service at Bushey Grove Leisure Centre.

You will handle enquiries, bookings by phone, in person, and by email; manage memberships and cash handling; support team with customer service and sales, contributing to a welcoming environment.

• Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle enquiries and bookings by phone, in person, and email.
• Friendly, reliable and proactive in a front-desk role.

Responsibilities

• Deal with enquiries, bookings by telephone, face to face and over email to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Process all fitness, Personal Training and swim memberships following InspireAll's sale system procedures.
• Participate in outreach and in reach creation and delivery with the support of management and wider team.
• Be responsible for the cash float, cashing up and reconciliation as detailed in centre procedures.
