Job summary

Bushey Grove Leisure Centre in the United Kingdom is seeking a Casual Receptionist to join a friendly team. You will handle enquiries, bookings by telephone, face to face and email, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will process memberships for fitness, Personal Training and swim, participate in outreach and in reach creation and delivery with the support of management and wider team, and manage the cash float and reconciliation according to centre procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience of cash handling would be an advantage.
• Experience of customer service is essential.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Casual Receptionist to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll.

We are looking for someone who has experience of delivering exceptional customer service and selling the right product for the customer needs, in a fast paced team environment.
