We are recruiting Receptionists to join the team in the Acute Medicine department. Your role will involve improving the patient experience and quality of care within the Acute Medicine Business Unit.
You will work on the front line in a challenging environment, interacting with patients and staff daily in an efficient and friendly manner, while remaining calm in any situation. You will be responsible for recording accurate information using various IT systems and handling a range of queries.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, with strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills. The department is committed to developing your existing skills and offers opportunities for further training tailored to your needs.
This is a permanent position. Hours will be 11.5-hour shifts on a 24/7 rota, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential.
