Salary Grade C Points 4 to 6 (£24,404 to £25,183 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £22,164.95.
Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint an Administration Officer to join our academy in July 2025 on a full time, permanent basis.
Your new role
As an Administration Officer, you will provide routine clerical, administrative support and provide additional support in receptionist duties as required at the Academy.
Carlton le Willows is looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join a friendly, supportive admin team.
While part of a team responsible for a wide range of general administrative duties, this role will have a key responsibility for providing a quality reprographics service for the academy.
In this role you will provide a day to day service of copying and printing across the school, while also taking responsibility for stock control of paper and other sundries such as toner and staplers.
Knowledge or experience of using multi function copier/printer devices would be useful.

Results
With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area. In summer 2024, 80% of students achieved a Grade 5 or above in English, with 63% of students achieving Grade 5 or above in Maths. With an overall Progress score of +0.51 and 60% of students achieving Grade 5 or above in both English and Maths we are placed well above similar schools nationally.
A level students in our high performing sixth form also celebrated strong results with 90% of the cohort securing a place at their first choice university, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
