Job summary

Portman Dental Care in Leeds is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our welcoming reception team at Church View Dental Care. The role offers a competitive hourly rate from £12.71, with typical shifts Monday, Thursday and Friday and on-site parking.

You’ll bring front-of-house experience, a positive, empathetic attitude, and strong communication to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Join a close-knit team delivering excellent dental care.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and patient flow at the reception
