We are seeking a professional, welcoming, and experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will perform reception, administration, and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively for the building you are assigned to.
Your responsibilities will include managing access points, maintaining fob access systems, keeping the reception area tidy, handling phone calls and emails promptly, and sorting incoming mail and packages.
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will manage documentation, oversee building security, assist with visitor queries, issue passes, support emergency evacuations, and handle ordering of supplies.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, approachable manner, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and be IT literate. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently to deadlines is essential.
