Job summary

The Masons Arms, part of St Austell Brewery, in Branscombe, is seeking a friendly receptionist to join a close-knit team. You’ll welcome guests, answer calls, and help ensure every guest’s stay starts with a warm, memorable first impression.

The Masons Arms dates back to the 14th-century and resides in one of the South West’s most picturesque villages. Passing beneath its cosy thatched roof, you’ll be working in a characterful pub with comfy rooms. The interior charms with timber frames, low beamed ceilings, and the warmth of a log fire. Branscombe is an idyllic rural destination that’s surrounded by rolling green hills, with its own beach being a short stroll from the pub.

Part time opportunity! We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our close‑knit team. Creating a warm welcome to guests comes naturally to you, making every first impression count to ensure experiences delight from the get-go.
