Job summary

Bourne End Dental Practice, part of Portman Dental Care, is seeking a friendly receptionist to join the front-of-house team in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. The role offers an appealing hourly rate and shifts that ensure a welcoming patient experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be organised to support a smooth patient journey from arrival to departure. A caring, patient-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients

Competitive hourly rate from £12.71 - £14.50 dependent on experience

Typical shiftsMonday-Thursday 7.45am-5pm. Friday 7.45am-4pm. 1 hour unpaid lunch daily.
