This is an opportunity for a receptionist to work at a forward-thinking GP Practice. It is a full-time, substantive post within a small, dedicated team. You will be based at Summerfield Group Practice Health Centre in West Birmingham.
The role requires learning patient administration and ordering systems to operate efficiently in a low-paper environment. You may need to contact patients and their families or assistants via phone.
The working days and hours are negotiable within the Practice's opening times, with some flexibility needed for holiday cover.
