Location: Birmingham
Salary: from £23,879 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours contract – shift cover 24/7

St Andrew’s Birmingham is a 118-bed adult mental healthcare facility with eight units covering medium and low security for both men and women. Located in Stirchley, South Birmingham, it is accessible by road and public transport.
The Role
As a key member of the security team, your responsibilities include maintaining security systems and records, key management, processing staff and visitors, managing emergency incidents, and patrolling the site. This role specifically supports female patients in our care.
