As a Receptionist, you are at the heart of your practice. You are the first point of contact for every customer, welcoming them, understanding their feelings, and ensuring they have a great experience. You know that first impressions count.
You will work closely with every team member, building trust through your efficiency, accuracy, and people skills. You should be a great communicator, able to speak clearly and calmly with patients both in person and over the phone.
