Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor in Manchester to lead our team and ensure exceptional cleanliness across all areas. In this role you will uphold health and safety standards, maintain public spaces including conference rooms and leisure facilities, and work closely with Maintenance to sustain high hotel standards.

Experience in accommodation supervision and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to help in other departments if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure quality.
• Follow health and safety rules throughout the hotel.
• Keep public areas clean, including conference room and leisure facilities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to maintain high hotel standards.

Your Job

• Check the quality of work to ensure it is the best - Lead and manage the housekeeping team.
• Follow health and safety rules inside and outside the hotel.
• Keep all public areas of the hotel, like the conference room and leisure facilities, clean.
• Work with the Maintenance department to keep hotel standards high.
