Mitie is seeking a professional and dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Belfast, representing our corporate client. You will greet guests, manage meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and maintain a welcoming reception area.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with a starting rate of £13.65 per hour plus benefits. A smart, professional appearance and high standards of service are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front-of-house role is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proficient in using standard office equipment and software.
