Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a friendly Receptionist for an ongoing temporary position in Aberdeen. The role is fully onsite with hours Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm and a pay of 12.71 per hour.

You will focus on front-of-house customer service, welcoming clients and ensuring a professional experience during each visit. Experience in reception or customer-facing roles is beneficial, but not essential.

Are you a friendly, approachable person who enjoys meeting new people and providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a Receptionist to join a busy hearing care branch in Aberdeen on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public and takes pride in making people feel welcome and comfortable.

This is not your typical receptionist position. There are no phone or IT duties involved. Instead, your focus will be entirely on front-of-house customer service, welcoming clients as they arrive and making sure they receive a friendly and professional experience throughout their visit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting and greeting clients as they arrive

• Making sure visitors feel comfortable and well looked after

What We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need previous receptionist experience. What is most important is that you are confident, personable and comfortable dealing with members of the public.

Experience within reception, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment would be beneficial.
